86. Zimbabwe: Adding Insult to Injury

When the Opposition Leader in Zimbabwe says the recount of the ballot will be transparent- he is right. Of course the recount will be transparent, like the Opposition says, the Government has had three whole weeks to mess up the votes, otherwise they would not have kept the results secret- and of course this is an abuse of Human Rights which should not go, and will not go unnoticed.

And of course the results of these recounts will go in favour of those who are counting!

This is adding insult to injury to the African people. And anyone who imagines they can fool the whole of the people all of the time will have another thing coming- For one thing the rest of the world will not be fooled by such dramatics and anyone who thinks it is possible is simply touching the heights of ignorance.

Of course it is no skin off my nose that these Leaders are abusing human rights but I really think morally I would not be a decent human being if, knowing something is wrong, did nothing about it. After all, as someone once said, it only takes one good man to do nothing for evil to exist.

However, who will eventually pay will be the children, not only because their father’s blood will probably be shed, but their own too since this is the kind of provocation that causes bloodshed- that is, unfortunately, a fact of African life...

And all because some idiots did not play the rules of the game and cheated... to think, these are the same men who fought the British for their own Rights- Now they are jeopardizing that same country they once so loved... by cheating their very own people.
