26. The Day After Halloween

As I explained yesterday, the day of Halloween is dedicated to the scrubbing, cleaning of tombstones in preparation for the 1st November- All Saints’ Day … The results of such hard labour can be
seen in the photo herewith.

The Italians have a nice friendly relationship with death
as can be seen in this extension of the cemetery.
