504. This U.S. Pope is No Pussycat but a Lion

 

A few days after the death of Pope Francis and still in mourning for the loss, to distract myself, I said: “What if they choose and American pope?” But then I thought that to be an absurd proposition – a man from a super power was just not feasible – he would be pulled this way and that like a yo-yo.

If death and taxes are the only certain things in life, the next certainty is that this Pope is, for obvious reasons, going to be at logger heads on some issues with President Trump: since, to me, this Pope was above all a Trump-effect-rebound election.

One can say all the negativity possible against Trump, but one thing remains palpable – he certainly knows how to move the waters – for better or for worse, that does not seem to be the issue, as move they will.

But we also have to face the fact that beside the Trump effect there is something more desolate and treacherous happening in the world, as Pope Francis often referred to, there is a world war III in shreds taking place. In all this I see Pope Leo XIV emerge as a firm Leader that will calm, even harmonize these insidious waters.

World Leaders when seeking, as they actively are now, to disrupt the peace in the world for their own ends, greed and egotism they will need to consider that when dealing with this pope; like Jesus, Leo XIV is no pussycat but a lion.

One may find a number of logical explanations why an American Pope was chosen on this occasion and find the most probable answer is in order to contrast the Trump effect; but some know better – some know that a final certainty in life, besides death, taxes and the Trump effect is that – you can’t argue with the Holy Spirit.
