437. Why a Reader didn’t Buy My Book “Rajput”

“... I clicked
through to Eva's tweets to get a general feel for the author and where she
might be coming from in writing the book I was going to buy. Unfortunately, I
was completely put off, by the author's twitter postings on the Italian
Marine court case, which came across to me as being very one sided and
bordering on anti-Indian.”
SO HERE’S MY ANSWER
This information is available from the logs held by
the tanker and the Maritime authorities in Mumbai where the incident of
piracy attempt was reported. Also it is perplexing that if the Italian
Marines aboard the Enrica Lexie were truly responsible for the death of the
two fishermen why would the skipper of the St Anthony not return immediately
to port? And therefore an autopsy would verify the death if it indeed it did
occur at the time of the Enrica Lexie incident. What did the St Anthony do
for five hours, a tour of the Indian Ocean? Indeed this gap of five hours
exists because The Enrica Lexie and the fishermen aboard the St Anthony were
never in contact with one another at all. Besides even the dummiest of
skippers could not possibly mistake the day for the night, could he?
So why bring into port the bodies at 23.00 instead of five
hours earlier? Simply because the fishermen were not killed in the afternoon
by shots from the Enrica Lexie but the St Anthony was obviously caught in the
CROSS-FIRE that occurred between the Greek ship “Olympic Flair” who at about
21.00 reported to Kochi
authorities an attempt of piracy attack- consequently
Kochi authorities fired in defence and the St Anthony present at the time was
obviously hit, otherwise why was a bullet of Russian origin found in the head
of one of the fishermen? Italian Nato Marines are NOT issued with such
bullets. But pirates and Kochi military are in possession of such bullets.
Meanwhile, a request from Indian authorities for the Enrica
Lexie, which was nowhere near the scene, to report into Kochi was sent with
the pretext that the Indian authorities wanted personnel aboard the Enrica Lexie
to identify pirates detained. Hence the Indian authorities successfully
“LURED” the Enrica Lexie from international waters to
territorial waters, and
was immediately seized and made to submit to an on the spot inspection,
concluding with the arrest of two Italian Marines and the seizure of the
Enrica Lexie until further notice. Why were all these devious measures against Italian
authorities put so readily into action? The most immediate answer was because
the then Minister of Kerala Oomen Chandy needed to secure the votes of the
fishing community to maintain his position which was being fought on a razor
thin majority. Sonia Gandhi’s Party Minister A.K. Anthony involved in
important commercial negotiations with Italy and was suspected of being
involved in bribes, wanted to keep the Italian government under pressure
knowing that Modi, who would probably win the general elections would want
his head on a platter, therefore gave his friend Chandy a hand in ensuring
Italian Marines would be framed good and proper- what a golden opportunity
for these gentlemen!
But it is not I who says all this- remember I am only a
researcher and apart from official documentation, the Italian Marines defence
team, which at the time was headed by MUKUL ROHATGI and who
is now India’s A.G. in Modi’s Government, through an assessment report which
is accessible on line, discovered the above.
So you see if I did not protest against the unspeakable
injustice which the Italian Marines after FOUR YEARS have and are subject to,
at the hands of a corrupt Indian legal and political system, then I would
indeed be biased as I would be considering only my own interests and those of
my book, “Rajput”.
Obviously KP you do not recognize courage when you see it.
Maybe you should read my book after all for I describe only too well the
sense of duty, honour and courage of the Mewar Rulers against their Muslim
predators which is the complete opposite meted out by Indian Authorities in
the disgraceful and shameful case against the Italian Marines.
