426. How and Why India FRAMED E.U. NATO MARINES
One-Time Italian
Marines Lawyer and India’s AG Mukul Rohatgi through a technical assessment report
unmasked that the Italian Military abroad the Enrica Lexie were framed by Sonia
Gandhi’s Kerala Chief Minister Oomen Chandy who with the aid of his friend, the
then Minister of Defence A K Antony saw it as a golden opportunity to win a
crucial election fought on a razor-thin majority. Hence right from the start
there was an India anti-Italy propaganda by Indian press which continues even
now taking for granted that the EU NATO Marines on board the Enrica Lexie had
shot the two fishermen.
CONVINCING NOT ONLY INDIA, GIVEN THAT CHANDY GAINED TWELVE THOUSAND EXTRA
VOTES BECAUSE OF THE ARREST OF MARINES, BUT ITALY TOO WHO IMMEDIATELY OFFERED
TO PAY COMPENSATION TO THE FAMILIES- BUT IT SEEMS THE MONEY IS STILL AT THE
COURT OF KERALA!
However, ship documents and the owner of the
fishing boat, the St Antony, Freddy Bosco himself claims the shooting clearly
occurred in the dark- at night. The Enrica Lexie reported a piracy attack at
16.00 during the day time which produced no consequences and continued sailing
on.
The Greek ship, The Olympic Flair reported to
have been attacked by pirates at the same time as the fishermen on board the St
Antony the skipper claimed they were shot, but this report was completely
ignored by Indian authorities AND SAILED ON
UNDISTURBED.
However the fishing boat had been caught up in
the cross-fire between the Olympus Flair and the pirates with the results of
the two fishermen being hit by, as the autopsy official Sasikala, confirmed, the
holes in the bodies were not compatible with the bullets from Italian Marines
ammunition. It was also shown that the pirates had hit the St Antony from the
same level, totally impossibile that such ammunition could come from the height
of a cargo ship like the Enrica Lexie.
Even though, the Italian Enrica Lexie was well
away from the incident which occurred to the St Antony, the local Coast Guard
Authories, LURED the Enrica Lexie into port at Kochi, the pretext given was to
recognize the pirates captured by Indian Authorities, but in effect it was to
slap a murder charge on the unsuspecting Italian Marines for political and
other reasons regarding the alleged receiving and giving of bribes by Italy to
Sonia Gandhi’s Ministers.
ITALY’S E.U. NATO MARINES ARE HOSTAGES OF AN
INDIA WHO HAS IN A SNEAKY WAY MANAGED TO HUMILIATE ITALY, BUT ABOVE ALL TREATED
E.U. NATO MILITARY ADHERING TO U.N. INTERNATIONAL ANTI-PIRACY MISSION AS
CARNAGE FOR EXCHANGE.
The marines have been deprived of their
freedom for almost three years without trial AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO FORMULATE
CHARGES - the supreme court claims to be impartial- you don’t really expect me to believe that, do
you? After the sneaky and unethical way India has treated the marines who were
on an INTERNATIONAL anti-piracy mission- which is also in defence of India- let’s
not forget- how can India, the press, the whole system, including the supreme
court be impartial??? Especially when you think the chief judge of the s.c. H.L.
Dattu, was once the chief judge of Kerala!!!
