425. India v Italy- The War Goes On

It is taken for granted that the Italian Marines killed the two fishermen on the St Antony boat leaving Italy and India to quibble about who has jurisdiction to judge them for such.
But this is ignoring the real issue completely which is that the Italian Marines were framed by the then Minister of Defence Antony, (one of Sonia Gandhi’s Party Ministers) who wanted to aid his friend the then Chief Minister of Kerala Oomen Chandy to maintain his post by attracting the votes of a region where the main industry was fishing.
Therefore an anti-Italy press campaign was set up and which is still diffused nowadays, stating that the Italian Marines had shot the two fishermen. Mr Freddy, the owner of the fishing boat St Antony when he arrived into port that evening, close to midnight, declared to the whole world they had been attacked at night, about 21.30.

The Enrica Lexie incident occurred in broad daylight at 16.30. So how was it possible for Italian Marines to have killed the fishermen?

Unless the Italian Marines have the gift of ubiquity, they could not have shot anyone.
Another question remains unexplained- if in effect the fishermen were killed by the Italian Marines at 16.30, which of course they were not since they were hit at 2130, why did the St Antony wait more than 5 hours before entering port?

Undoubtedly it was to hide the effects of  the Rigor Mortis which would otherwise have shown the fishermen were not at all killed at 16.30!
And what was a bullet of Russian origin (not in possession of Italian NATO military) doing in Gelastine’s skull?

And why was the Enrica Lexie which was in international waters “LURED” into port while the Greek Olympus Flair, which also reported a piracy attack, at the same time the St Antony reported to have been hit, was left to sail on undisturbed? (See link below)
Italian Marines are hostages of a country which thanks to an anti-Italy campaign have violated all kinds of HUMAN RIGHTS and International Maritime Laws by illegally detaining the two Italian soldiers and to make matters worse- without charges- for three years!!!

Military law is clear-
CAPTURING SOLDIERS OF A SOVEREIGN  NATION IS AN ACT OF WAR!
