417. India: Girls raped for going to the toilet

Two girls aged 14 and 16 from Katra Shadat Ganj, a village in the Budaun district of Uttar Pradesh State were raped while in a field which they used as a toilet as they had no indoor sanitation, and then were hung with their own scarves on a mango tree.

The Caste system in India was abolished in 1948 with the Independence of India, even so, such a system is still impregnated in the minds of those who believe they are, for one stupid reason or another, superior to someone else and this, for some diabolic reason permits them to rape, violate and kill anyone from the lower classes.

for centuries upper-caste Hindus could attack, rape or even murder those in low castes with impunity. Known victims of rape are often ostracised by their families and villages, so for years many rapes were kept quiet and never reported.  Source NY Times

If you're lucky this is home

Therefore since, rape of girls and young women is so commonplace it is no wonder statistics report a rape being committed every 22 minutes in India.  24,206 rape cases were registered in India in 2011. And those were the ones registered, since it is impossible to estimate the many more actually committed and not reported.  Source Wikipedia

Even though unacceptable, we can however, recognize that in rural areas there is no indoor sanitation and therefore an open field is the only alternative which of course makes young women even more vulnerable to such barbaric attacks. But this in itself, poverty, belonging to a lower caste, DALITS- the lowest caste of all, is not a passport for others to plunder, rape and kill as these events show is the case in India.
So is this

The fact one believes to be superior will always lead to a fall since we all end in ashes and where is one’s superiority then? But the idiotic idea to believe one is superior, in itself will lead to injustice, evilness and the inhumane treatment of others as is the case of the two girls strangled after being raped. Three brothers from the higher caste, YADAV, and shockingly two policemen, have been charged with this crime, but permit me to add, such charges have been possible because of local and media pressure, otherwise they would have been ignored as is more often than not the case.

India is the country which, in accordance with Kerala Costal Guards reports, (see link below) have framed the two Nato Italian Marines (Marò) for the killing of two fishermen on 15 February 2012 and have held them without trial because Indian authorities (the superior people) are unable to find ways to charge them. This is because the evidence to charge them with seems to be non-existent. How India can place so much importance on the vindication of two low caste fishermen and of the Roman Catholic faith, which is even worse, when they have no consideration at all for such beings and human life in general, is to me hypocrisy good and proper.

another killer
One of these days the “Superior” people in India will wake up and find that the rest of the world have turned their backs on them... certainly in the next life, but also in this life when the truth eventually catches up on them they will find themselves seeped in their own disgusting vomit.

Here are only three of the reasons why the Marò have been framed and yet continue to be illegally detained in India, thus violating human rights and UN dispositions shamelessly:

According to the autopsy performed, without the admittance of Italian participation, the bullets don’t match to Italian Nato ammunition:

The owner of the fishing boat St Anthony claims they were attacked at night, 21.30 while asleep and the only two on deck were the two victims keeping watch. The incident to the oil tanker Enrica Lexie with on board the two accused Marò were attacked at 16.30 during day time. Any shooting in defence was done within minutes at 16.30 when the St Anthony was nowhere in sight but other boats same shape, same size, same colour, were.

Why have the Kerala/Kochi authorities allowed the St Anthony to disintegrate? This is so as not to reveal that bullet holes were shot from a horizontal position not vertical as you would expect from the height of an oil tanker.
