198. To Remember the Moments of Joy
Beginning this New Year with a remembrance of joy that has accompanied me in the previous year.

After the recital in our church in Sarmede, off we all went to the parish hall for cake, wine and “La Montanara… si sente cantare…” a popular folk song called the “Mountain Girl... can be heard singing...” back from the days when girls did live up on the hilltops. Come to think of it, where on earth do I think I live- guess nothing has really changed.
